Mr. Jiao is a professor level senior engineer with a PhD degree. In January 1999, he was appointed as Chief Geologist in Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau of China Petrochemical Corporation; in February 2000, he was appointed as Vice President and Chief Geologist of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Company; in July 2000, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Petroleum Exploration & Development Research Institute; in March 2001, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Exploration & Production Department; in June 2004, he was appointed as President of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Company; in July 2010, he was appointed as the Director General of Sinopec Exploration & Production Department; and in October 2006, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.
Mr. Zhang is a professor level senior economist with a master degree. In March 1998, he was appointed as Vice President of Zhejiang Petroleum Corporation; in September 1999, he was appointed as President of Zhejiang Petroleum Corporation; in February 2000, he was appointed as President of Sinopec Zhejiang Petroleum Co., Ltd.; in April 2004, he served as Chairman of Board of Directors of Sinopec-BP Zhejiang Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd.; in October 2004, he served as Secretary of CPC Committee, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors, and Vice President of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd.; in November 2005 he served as Secretary of CPC Committee, Chairman of Board of Directors, and President of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd.; in June 2006, he served as Chairman of Board of Directors, and President of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd.; in April 2003, he was elected as Employee Representative Supervisor of Sinopec Corp. and in November 2005, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.
Mr. Liu is a senior accountant with a Master’s Degree. In December 1998, Mr. Liu was appointed as Deputy Director General of Financial Dept. in Sinopec Group; in February 2000, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of Financial Dept. in Sinopec Corp.; in January 2001, he was appointed as Director General of Financial Dept. in Sinopec Corp.; in June 2006, he was appointed as Deputy CFO of Sinopec Corp.; in February 2009, he was appointed as Chief Accountant of China Petrochemical Corporation.
In June 1996, he became Deputy Director of No. 6 Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Commission of Discipline Inspection. In April 2000, he became Deputy Director of No. 3 Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Commission of Discipline Inspection. In Nov. 2004, he was appointed as Director and Ombudsman of No. 3 Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Commission of Discipline Inspection. In Nov. 2006, he was designated as Director of Petitions Office of the CPC Central Commission of Discipline Inspection. In May 2011, he was appointed as Member of the Party Committee of China Petrochemical Corporation and Chief of Discipline Inspection.
Mr. Dai is a professor-level senior engineer with a doctor’s Degree. In December 1997, Mr. Dai was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company; in April 1998, he was appointed as Director and Vice President of Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; in July 2002, he was appointed as Vice Chairman and President of Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd and Director of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company; in December 2003, he was appointed as Chairman and President of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company; in December 2004, he was also appointed as Chairman of BASF-YPC Company Limited; in September 2005, he was appointed as Deputy CFO of Sinopec Corp.; in November 2005, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.; in May 2006, he was appointed as Senior Vice President and CFO of Sinopec Corp.; in June 2008, he was appointed as member of the Party Committee of China Petrochemical Corporation.
Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer and has a doctorate. In February 2000, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company and in June that year, became Board Director and President of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company. In November 2001, he was appointed as Deputy Director General and Deputy Party Secretary of the Economic and Trade Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. In April 2003, he became Vice President of Sinopec Corp. and in June that year, he was concurrently appointed as Director General of Exploration and Production Dept. of Sinopec Corp. In February 2005, he became a member of the Party Committee of China Petrochemical Corporation.
Mr. Zhang is a professor-level senior engineer and obtained a Master Degree. In April 1999, he was appointed as Vice President of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company, a subsidiary of the former China Petrochemical Corporation and following the establishment of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.), in February 2000, he became Vice President of Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Company, which is a subsidiary under Sinopec Corp. In September 2000, he was appointed as President of Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Company. In April 2003, he became Vice President of Sinopec Corp., and in November that year, he was concurrently appointed as Director General of Production & Operation Management Dept. of Sinopec Corp. In February 2005, Mr. Zhang became a member of the Party Committee of China Petrochemical Corporation.
Mr. Li is a professor-level senior engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree. In August 1991, Mr. Li was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company North China Branch; in October 1995, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company; in June 2001, he was appointed as General Manager of Sinopec Sales Company; in December 2001, he was appointed as Director General of Sinopec Oil Product Sales Dept.; in April 2002, he was appointed as Chairman and General Manager of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd.; in April 2003, he was appointed as Vice President of Sinopec Corp.; in November 2005, he was appointed as Vice President of China Petrochemical Corporation and member of the Party Committee of China Petrochemical Corporation.
Mr. Wang Yupu is Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and an expert in development projects of oil and gas fields. He graduated from the Faculty of Quarry Machinery, Daqing Petroleum Institute in 1982, and received a doctoral degree in oil and gas field development from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2003. Mr. Wang served as Chief Engineer at the Development Department of Daqing Petroleum Administration, Deputy Chief Engineer, President and Chairman of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd., Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Vice Chairman, First Secretary of Secretariat and Secretary of Leading Party Members’ Group at All China Federation of Trade Unions and Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Members’ Group and Vice President (ministerial level) at Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is also Alternate Member of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee and Member of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee.
